前回は日本語能力がN3以上であれば「留学」から「技術・人文知識・国際業務」はできるという紹介をしました。ではN4以下はどうでしょうか。

(1) Conclusion
For individuals with Japanese language proficiency below N4 level, changing their residence status from “Student” to “Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services” is extremely difficult.
However, even with limited Japanese ability, if the person has graduated from a university in their home country and has a suitable job offer in Japan, a change to “Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services” may be possible.
Requirements:

📌 A formal employment contract with a Japanese company (e.g., full-time or contract employee)
